A big congratulations to poet Jan Zwicky and photographer Robert V. Moody for their 2023 Nelson Ball Prize shortlist appearance. Sixty-Seven Ontological Studies is in great company, with titles from Cameron Anstee, James Hawes, Daniel Scott Tysdal, and Bruce Whiteman.
The Nelson Ball Prize “is awarded annually to a publication, by a Canadian poet and published in Canada, that displays ‘poetry of observation,'” and remembers the late, great Nelson Ball.
