Ali Bryan’s Roost reviewed in the Halifax Chronicle-Herald
“Roost is hilarious because Bryan excels at repartee and at picking her spots, particularly in choosing to zip Claudia’s lip in lieu of whining. Amid everyone else’s, this isn’t to say she suffers in silence, hurling (mostly under her breath) the all-purpose epithet — “a**hole!” — at persons, situations and objects that thwart her. Though good moms don’t swear, not ones with little children, not like Trailer Park boys swear anyway — do they?
