If Sylvie Had Nine Lives shortlisted for a High Plains Book Award

Congratulations to Leona Theis, who has been shortlisted for the 2021 High Plains Book Award for Short Stories for her latest book, If Sylvie Had Nine Lives!

The High Plains Book Awards, established in 2006, recognize literary works which examine and reflect life on the High Plains, including Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. The awards will be presented in late September.
