Freehand was honoured to take home four awards at last week’s Alberta Book Publishing Awards ceremony:
- Watershed by Doreen Vanderstoop won the Trade Fiction Book of the Year Award
- The End of Me by John Gould, designed by Natalie Olsen of Kisscut Design, won the Book Cover Design Award
- If Sylvie Had Nine Lives by Leona Theis, designed by Natalie Olsen of Kisscut Design, won the Book Design Award
- One Madder Woman by Dede Crane, edited by Deborah Willis, won the Lois Hole Award for Editorial Excellence
