In the spirit of reciprocity, join outgoing 2025-26 CDWP Writer-in-Residence, Tracy Dawson, as she hosts readings and conversations with three acclaimed Alberta authors launching new books: Susan Carpenter (Bad Advice), Dania Idriss (Tales of the Mountains and the Sea), and JoAnn McCaig (Beneficiary). This event marks the finale of Tracy’s residency. Learn about the project she’s worked on over the course of her time at the University of Calgary, celebrate new work, connect with other writers and enjoy a preview of our incoming Canadian Writer-in-Residence. Refreshments will be served and the University of Calgary Bookstore will be onsite to sell books. Drinks will be available for purchase. This event is free, but space is limited.
