Many Mothers, Seven Skies: Scenes for Tomorrow is Freehand’s very first foray into drama. When you read the contributors to this collection of scenes, you understand why. A group of elders, these women formed a collective during the pandemic to begin thinking about the world they were leaving behind for their children and grandchildren.
See the scenes performed live July 21 and 22, with staged readings by the playwrights as well as performers Wakefield Brewster, Christopher Hunt and Barbara Joan Scott.
