Bernice Friesen

Bernice Friesen’s first novel, The Book of Beasts, was shortlisted for the Rogers Writers’ Trust Fiction Prize, was a Globe and Mail Best Book, and won the Saskatchewan Book Award for Fiction. Her poetry, fiction, and visual art have appeared in many Canadian and European journals. Originally from Saskatchewan, she now lives on the West Coast.
